Damaged In Shipping
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Upon receipt of your product, it is your responsibility to inspect the products for any damage incurred as a result of shipping. If the product has been damaged, contact Wasatch Sculpture immediately. We will work with the courier to arrange for a pick up and replacement of the product. You have 3 days within receipt of product to report shipping damages to Wasatch Sculpture.
Dissatisfied with Product
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Wasatch Sculpture within 15 days of receipt of product. You must contact Wasatch Sculpture and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) in order to receive a full refund. Your refund will be processed once product has been returned. Any damage incurred to product will be deducted from refund. This policy does not apply to any product sold through a reseller of our product. If you purchased your product through a reseller, you must contact the reseller and abide by their individual return policy.
